01 Overview

Roamy lets users save and organize travel content from third-party platforms. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

This page is operated by Logos Studio Inc. as the designated agent for receiving notices of claimed infringement.

02 Your Account

To submit a valid notice, you must be the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf. Please make sure:

• The content was originally posted by you on Instagram or TikTok
• You have not licensed it to Roamy or the user who saved it
• The use does not fall under fair use or another exception
• You can identify the specific URL where the content appears

03 Submit a notice

Fill out the form below. We typically respond within 48 hours.

04 What happens next

Once we receive your notice, we'll review it for completeness and remove or disable access to the content if it appears to be valid. We'll notify the user who saved or imported it, and provide them with a copy of your notice (with personal details redacted where possible).

05 Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Send it to the address in section 08. A valid counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a sworn statement that you believe the removal was a mistake.

06 Repeat infringers

Roamy maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

07 False claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
